Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at The People Co. in North London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all supply chain and warehouse activities across the business, forming close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Transform the supply chain and warehouse operation in line with or ahead of the demands of the business.
  • Manage the 24-hour warehouse operation, including picking, loading, replenishment, stock rotation, goods in, and collections.
  • Control and maintain all warehouse equipment, including forklifts and PPE.
  • Order raw materials and factored goods to ensure on-time delivery and meet production requirements.
  • Manage the efficiency and costs of 3PL, including storage and transport, aiming to optimize logistics operations.
  • Set up, manage, and own the stock control system, production planning system, and all related processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in Supply Chain and Warehouse.
  • Experience in multi-temp FMCG operations.
  • PC literate with good Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Good communicator through face-to-face, email, and phone.
