Role Overview

As an Operations Manager at Fin, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries while upholding our commitment to sustainability. You will be responsible for managing daily logistics operations, including route optimization, supply chain management, and real-time tracking. Additionally, you will lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, and collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily logistics operations, including route optimization, supply chain management, and real-time tracking.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Uphold Fin's commitment to sustainability, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of route optimization and real-time tracking systems.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • A passion for sustainability and a commitment to eco-friendly practices in logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
