Compensation: £11.64 per hour Employment Type: Fixed-term contract Work Schedule: This position is hourly paid on a fixed-term basis. While we strive to maintain a consistent work schedule, flexibility may be required to accommodate the operational needs of the organization. Reporting to the Welcome & Services Manager, you will collaborate with a team of Welcome & Service Assistants at our properties.Responsibilities
On a daily basis, you will deliver exceptional customer service. You will be available to respond to inquiries and actively listen to our visitors' needs, ensuring you provide the most relevant information. Your mission is to enhance our visitors' experiences, making their day as enjoyable as possible. You will have opportunities to engage in various aspects of the visitor experience, from key events to promotional activities—ensuring that no two days are alike. We believe that outstanding visitor experiences are fundamental, and your excellent service will make everyone feel welcomed and valued.
