Position Overview:
This position is integral to the finance department, contributing to the efficient management of financial transactions and records. The successful candidate will engage in various tasks including ledger management, statement reconciliation, and addressing financial inquiries to ensure seamless operations within the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately input supplier and subcontractor invoices into the computerized financial system.
2. Verify the correctness of pricing and quantity calculations, addressing discrepancies, and requesting credit notes for any overcharges.
3. Ensure that all expenses are allocated to the appropriate nominal accounts, projects, or departments.
4. Conduct reconciliation of supplier and subcontractor statements.
5. Process payments to suppliers and subcontractors according to scheduled payment timelines.
6. Maintain comprehensive and precise financial records.
7. Assist fellow Accounts Administrators in their duties.
8. Address any customer or supplier inquiries that may arise.
9. Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and company policies.
10. Handle general inquiries via telephone.

Compliance and Conduct:
Perform all responsibilities in alignment with the company's policies and procedures, particularly those related to Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work. Undertake any additional tasks as reasonably required.
