About the Role:The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Business Development Manager and Company Directors to secure new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain work-winning tendering opportunities across the regions we operate
- Convert and secure priced tenders
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain and update our CRM database in line with current tenders and future work
- Follow up new leads, existing enquiries, and tenders submitted
- Demonstrate leadership throughout the sales cycle and during the closing process
- Pro-active and self-motivated individual
- Proven track record of business growth in a previous role
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Ability to prioritise workload within a busy environment
- Construction industry experience desirable
