Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Brogan Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business across our scaffolding, mast climber, and hoist divisions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Business Development Manager and Company Directors to secure new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain work-winning tendering opportunities across the regions we operate
  • Convert and secure priced tenders
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain and update our CRM database in line with current tenders and future work
  • Follow up new leads, existing enquiries, and tenders submitted
  • Demonstrate leadership throughout the sales cycle and during the closing process
Requirements:
  • Pro-active and self-motivated individual
  • Proven track record of business growth in a previous role
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload within a busy environment
  • Construction industry experience desirable
