Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Brogan Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business across our scaffolding, mast climber, and hoist divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain work-winning tendering opportunities across our operating regions
- Convert and secure priced tenders
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain and update our CRM database in line with current tenders and future work
- Follow up new leads, existing enquiries, and tenders submitted
- Actively demonstrate leadership throughout the sales cycle and during the closing process
Requirements:
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Proven track record of business growth in a previous role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize workload within a busy environment
- Construction industry experience desirable
