Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled individual to become a part of our Finance Operations Team as a Regulated Reconciliation Analyst.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include executing daily client money reconciliations, pinpointing and addressing discrepancies, documenting your findings, and collaborating closely with Operations to facilitate corrective measures.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior reconciliation experience or recent graduates in Accounting eager to embark on their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all necessary processes to ensure the generation of precise reports.
  • Prepare daily System Control Reconciliations to verify the accuracy of control accounts and identify any discrepancies.
  • Conduct Operational Loss processes to ensure thorough investigation and reporting of all losses.
  • Prepare and enter manual journals as needed.
  • Promptly escalate any identified issues that may represent CASS breaches.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Background in Finance Operations or reconciliation is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Systematic, disciplined, and analytical problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
