Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for reconciling investment transactions and accounting information, managing client inquiries, and delivering timely and accurate financial statements and analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile investment transactions and accounting information aggregated on our clients' investment portfolios
  • Manage client inquiries and requests
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial statements and analytics reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field
  • Dynamic problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
