  • Assist in planning and executing revenue-driving CRM marketing campaigns in assigned countries.
  • Work closely with CRM Managers to develop and implement CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness through various data platforms.
  • Regularly review country-by-country performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement ad-hoc and automated campaigns to maintain and increase market growth and customer value.
  • Use data insights to build new customer segments and ensure customers receive targeted communication.
  • Perform marketing activities for the Premier Bet brand, including copywriting and campaign creation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market development to stay ahead of competitors.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into actions and resolutions.
  • Marketing mindset and analytical traits.
  • Quality project and time management skills.
  • Ability to work dynamically and remotely.
  • Ability to perform in a hybrid office/home working environment.
