Job Title: Market Development Strategist

At Nardello & Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Strategist to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing strategy for the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of EMEA and Chief Marketing and BD Officer to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and business development plan for the region.
  • Coach and support our MDs in developing individual marketing and business development plans and client development strategies.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration between the EMEA and global teams.
  • Take the lead on various directory submissions for EMEA, including compiling case studies and referees.
  • Identify and pursue client development and outreach opportunities through industry press and other sources.
  • Research and build lists of potential client contacts ahead of key business trips, events, and other ad-hoc needs.
  • Take primary responsibility for the content and quality of our CRM system for EMEA.
  • Lead the planning and execution of business development-related events.
  • Work with our Events Manager and Senior Coordinator to implement EMEA-specific HTML communications.
  • Oversee EMEA-specific content and ensure accuracy.
  • Recommend ways to grow market share and visibility through written content and social media.
  • Lead on conceptualizing visual elements for print and digital assets.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across all EMEA digital marketing campaigns and client outreach.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development in the investigations, legal, or professional services sector.
  • Good knowledge of the legal sector and our key client base.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • CRM system management experience essential.
