Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist and Coordinator

At Sky Harvest Development Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist and Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and facilitating brand strategies across various levels to build and amplify our business profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute marketing initiatives and PR/brand activations
  • Plan and produce engaging strategic content for all social channels, including in-house and outsourced
  • Develop and execute celebrity/influencer strategy and partnering with those who are on-brand
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms, with the help of specialised digital tools
  • Market analysis of the consumers, competition, platforms, media and trends (local and international)
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and facilitate online sales agendas
  • Manage a budget for social media activities including pre, during and post production costs and payments
  • Manage, execute and facilitate PR and marketing budget/related activities
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance
Requirements:
  • Culturally plugged in, genuine interest in the topic/field
  • Excellent understanding and experience in celebrity and influencer marketing
  • Experienced in Marketing from the fashion industry
  • Experience in diverse channel marketing
  • Experience in managing people, agencies, budgets and contract negotiations
