Email Operations Executive Job Description

Jarrang is seeking a detail-oriented Email Operations Executive to join our Client Services team in a hybrid working model with three days from our Cornwall office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brief and manage effective email marketing campaigns based on client requirements
  • Coordinate project production within specified timeframes and budgets while maintaining quality standards
  • Proofread email campaigns to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Work alongside the Email Designers & Developers to deliver high-quality campaigns
  • Participate in team meetings and client planning sessions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency setting
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trends
  • Proven project management skills, including multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management
  • Interest in customer service, data analysis, and problem-solving
  • Copywriting or proofreading experience
