Job Description

Are you a seasoned valuation professional with a background in the hospitality sector, looking to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and successful environment? Beach Baker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our UK-wide valuations team, specializing in Hospitality. This exciting role will be based out of our Leeds office, where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a talented and established Valuation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our valuations team and drive its success in the hospitality sector
  • Conduct valuations across the North-East region, utilizing your knowledge of local market dynamics to deliver exceptional results to our diverse range of clients
  • Represent Beach Baker to clients and stakeholders, showcasing your professional and presentable demeanor
  • Collaborate with our Managing Director and Head of Hospitality to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

  • Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with a strong background in commercial valuations and experience in the hospitality sector
  • Solid experience in conducting valuations across the North-East region, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Leadership and ambition, with a motivation to drive business growth and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent Beach Baker to clients and stakeholders
