Professional Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess relevant professional credentials as a chartered surveyor and be a registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Regional Valuation Proficiency: Significant experience in conducting valuations within the North-East region is essential. Your understanding of local market dynamics will enable you to provide exceptional results for our diverse clientele.
Leadership and Drive: As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding our valuations team and fostering its success. Your ambition and motivation will contribute to your professional growth and the advancement of our business.
Attention to Detail and Professionalism: A meticulous eye for detail and a polished, professional appearance are vital in this role, as you will be representing our firm to clients and stakeholders.
