The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director of Valuations to join our UK-wide valuations team, specializing in Hospitality. This exciting role will be based out of our Leeds office, where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a talented and established Valuation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct valuations across the North-East region, utilizing your expertise in commercial valuations and hospitality sector knowledge.
  • Lead our valuations team and drive its success, contributing to both your own professional development and the growth of our business.
  • Represent our company to clients and stakeholders, showcasing your professional, presentable demeanor and keen eye for detail.

Requirements

  • Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with a strong background in commercial valuations and experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Solid experience in conducting valuations across the North-East region, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Leadership and ambition, with a proven track record of driving team success and contributing to business growth.
  • A keen eye for detail and a professional, presentable demeanor, essential for representing our company to clients and stakeholders.
