About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team at WCF Pet & Equestrian in Cockermouth. As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our loyal customers, ensuring a first-rate experience for those visiting our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake stock control, replenishment, merchandising, and cash/till-handling to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Be flexible to cover extra hours as required, including weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
