About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at WCF Pet & Equestrian in Cockermouth. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Undertake stock control, replenishment, and merchandising to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
