This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mental health clinician to join our team as a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner. As part of our CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Teams, you will work with children, young people, and families to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients with urgent mental health needs in the community
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Work closely with partners across Primary and Secondary Care to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development of our dynamic service, leading on quality improvement initiatives
- Supervision from senior medical colleagues and protected study time for ACP qualification
- Support from our senior clinical team, including trust doctors, consultants, and clinical leads
- Flexible working arrangements, with no weekends or bank holidays
- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
