The Role: As a vital member of our store leadership team, the Retail Team Leader plays a crucial role in driving the store's success. Customer Experience:

  • Facilitate a memorable and personalized shopping experience that fosters a connection to the Mejuri brand and aims to surpass customer expectations.
  • Expertly implement and guide others in executing our Sales Programs.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all Mejuri products and recent launches.
  • Assist the team in executing customer-focused campaigns and nurturing client relationships.

Sales:

  • Ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, taking ownership of achieving strong results.
  • Maintain operational processes that positively influence sales, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with management to brainstorm and develop new sales strategies to attract and engage clients.
  • Drive business through client engagement, sourcing new customers, and strengthening existing relationships.
  • Oversee sales floor operations, providing real-time coaching and feedback to support the sales team.
  • Offer valuable insights and recommendations on a daily basis.

Operations:

  • Support all operational workflows and uphold standard operating procedures, including store opening/closing, merchandise management, and employee oversight.
  • Assist with all transaction types within our OMNI business model, ensuring exceptional service during each interaction.
  • Manage inventory tasks, including shipping, receiving, and transfers.
  • Work with store management to identify opportunities for enhancing daily operations.
  • Ensure that the physical store environment is maintained to the highest standards.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Collaborate with the Visual Lead to analyze performance indicators and stock levels to create an effective sales environment.
  • Support the Visual Lead in executing retail campaigns.
  • Follow up on execution deadlines for key visual merchandising initiatives to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with the daily upkeep of visual displays and product arrangements.
  • Report any damaged display items to the Visual Lead.
  • Provide feedback to the Visual Lead regarding gaps and opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a high-volume retail setting.
  • Adaptability and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and develop action plans.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
