About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead for our Adult Clinical Lead role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership in the delivery of high-quality care within our crisis and home-based treatment service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership in the delivery of high-quality care within our crisis and home-based treatment service.
  • Coordinate and monitor high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety and clinical effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Yorkshire Ambulance Service to provide care to distressed individuals.
  • Develop and maintain multi-professional and multi-agency partnerships.
  • Lead and motivate staff to embrace change and improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Current registration on the NMC register.
  • Demonstrable experience of mentoring pre-registration students.
  • Full understanding and application of relevant clinical practice, standards, and audit within identified clinical areas.
  • Evidence of project work that has impacted on practice and demonstrates a higher level of communication, planning, and change.
