Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales team in the Yorkshire region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong team, overseeing sales transactions, and developing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  • Sales Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of home sale transactions, including liaisons with advisors, agents, solicitors, and customers.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, including analysis of local demographics and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with site personnel and office teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Marketing Skills: Previous marketing experience and a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong personable skills, with the ability to build robust working relationships and provide excellent mentoring and guidance to site teams.
