About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work efficiently to restock shelves, process deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist customers with their purchases, answering questions and providing product information
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
