COMPENSATION:

£35k - £45k, including Pension, Mobile Phone, and Commission.

Position: Field Sales/Area Manager/Business Development - Waste Management

Our client specializes in healthcare and clinical waste management and is eager to broaden their market presence.

The successful candidate will be tasked with driving new business growth through proactive outreach, alongside effective planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities include selling services such as sanitary and clinical waste collections, primarily targeting care facilities.

This role is entirely focused on acquiring new customers, promoting the full suite of waste management services, including sharps disposal, bagged waste, and anatomical clinical waste.

Applicants must possess a proven track record in clinical waste sales, achieving targets in a business development role, ideally within a service-oriented industry, and have at least one year of field sales experience.

A valid and clean driving license is required.

Relevant positions include Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Regional Sales Manager, and Field Sales Manager.

Experience in the Hygiene, Hazardous, Clinical, or Healthcare waste management sectors is advantageous, although candidates with sales experience in related fields such as Dental Practices, Tattoo Studios, Acupuncture Clinics, Chiropody Services, Care Homes, Medical Surgeries, Health Centers, Veterinary Clinics, Hospitals, and Nursing Homes are also encouraged to apply.
