About Mondrian Alpha

Mondrian Alpha is a leading financial firm that specializes in providing innovative solutions to the financial industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Data Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management and Analysis: Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management system to support research activities.
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting: Design and implement business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance policies and procedures.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research and development to identify new data sources and improve existing data management processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and communicate research findings to stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and financial markets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Data Management Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial Industry Experience: Experience working in the financial industry.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Research Data Expertise: Experience working with alternative and macroeconomic research datasets.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques such as machine learning and data mining.
