Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Research Data Analyst to join our team. As a Research Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to support our research activities.
Key Responsibilities- Data Trials and Subscriptions: Establish and maintain data trials and subscriptions for alternative datasets to support research economists.
- Data Ingestion and Publication: Ingest and publish datasets using our proprietary platform, leveraging Databricks and Dremio.
- Data Quality Management: Develop and maintain data quality check libraries and monitor vendor data quality to ensure optimal performance.
- Data Analysis: Perform advanced data analysis using Python, Jupyter, SQL, and Tableau.
- Dashboard and Visualization: Create informative dashboards and visualizations to support research activities.
- Data Scouting: Identify new data sources, profile vendors, and provide feedback to economists on the data landscape.
- Work Planning: Prioritize work according to company objectives and goals.
