Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (hybrid working arrangement)

Salary: up to £40,000 per annum, plus £6,000 bonus

NRG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Client headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization that has recently modernized and invested heavily into its Business Intelligence platform.

Our Client is a leading provider of financial services, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators to measure business performance.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and technologies.
  • Experience with data modelling and visualization.
