Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Analysis Analyst to join our team at the NHS Business Services Authority. As an Analysis Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate analysis of portfolio benefits and wider system efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support benefits modelling and reporting.
- Maintain the benefits module of the portfolio management system to ensure accurate benefits capture and recording.
- Assist the Benefits Support Manager in delivering benefits workshops and developing benefits profiles for projects and programmes.
- Provide analysis and project benefits reporting to support project gateway reviews.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service analysts, MI analysts, and PMD colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with staff within NHSBSA on data analysis and data quality issues.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team to contribute to overall team performance.
- Assist the Benefits Support Manager in delivering training and support to colleagues on benefits-related matters.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analysis Analyst with excellent analytical and communication skills. You should have a strong understanding of business intelligence tools and systems, as well as experience in data analysis and reporting.
