About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Intern to join our team at Cartier. As an Ecommerce Intern, you will play a key role in assisting the Head of Ecommerce and the Ecommerce Omnichannel Manager in building the department through the execution of existing ecommerce projects and the identification and development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product launches for third-party partners, ensuring timely and accurate information is available.
  • Work closely with third-party partners to maximize conversion and enhance the client purchase journey.
  • Assess and improve product information representation on third-party websites.
  • Maintain and develop product listings with third-party ecommerce partners.
  • Identify opportunities to support the offer within third-party websites.
  • Collaborate with the in-house digital marketing department to maximize opportunities.
  • Research competitors and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Run stock files for third-parties to ensure accurate online offerings.
  • Support the Head of Ecommerce and the Ecommerce Omnichannel Manager in user testing and localisation efforts.
  • Support the Ecommerce Omnichannel Manager in delivering approved pilot programmes and developing new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Intuitive knowledge of user behavior in a digital environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse data and propose commercial objectives.
  • Fantastic communication skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, including data management and formula application.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work autonomously and within a team.
