Job Title: Ecommerce Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As an Ecommerce Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders to meet the daily collection of goods by DHL & Royal Mail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing stock to meet daily collection of goods by DHL & Royal Mail
  • Unloading and processing orders from pallets, pricing, and putting away stock
  • Reporting instances of inventory, location variance to warehouse manager or assistant managers
  • Communicating internally with Museum Colleagues for different departments, reflecting Museum values and customer service standards
  • Complying with the Museum's Health and Safety and Fire Safety policies and procedures and with the HASAW act at all times
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) in English & Mathematics
  • Familiarity with Cybertill, Ecommerce systems Magento & Shiptheory or similar Stock Management, would be preferred
  • Experience of working in a busy commercial warehouse web order picking environment
  • Good communication skills - Telephone and E-mail
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands:

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 Kilo's.
