About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Specialist to join our team at Contechs, a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revisit desired capabilities within our teams, define product selection for the future and the roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Coordinate key elements of the plan, collaborating with various stakeholders within the business and digital teams to drive project success.
  • Organize workshops and discussions to facilitate key inputs into the process, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support usual programme governance, through detailed plans, RAAID, Change Requests and Business Change Impact Assessments, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.

Requirements

  • A working understanding of major system change programmes (preferably SAP) and the complexity of them, with experience in programme/project management tool use, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel.
