Senior Social Work Practitioner

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Work Practitioner to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. As a Senior Social Work Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a complex and challenging caseload, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues, and contributing to the development of best practice and professional standards in safeguarding.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and support others to manage a varied and complex caseload, ensuring that all safeguarding referrals are triaged and initial plans are developed.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on safeguarding matters, including risk assessment and crisis management.
* Contribute to the development of best practice and professional standards in safeguarding, including the development of policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve the practice of unregistered and registered social care practitioners.

**Requirements**

* A strong background in social work, with a focus on safeguarding adults.
* Proven experience in managing complex caseloads and providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the development of best practice and professional standards in safeguarding.
