Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Lexham Insurance in Thetford. As a key member of our office-based team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, where you will be working closely with our existing team of Customer Service Sales Advisors. Your primary focus will be on taking calls from customers wishing to purchase motorcycle insurance, guiding them through the process, and ensuring you have all the necessary information to provide each person with the best quote and policy to suit their needs.
Working ArrangementsOur offices are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. You will work an average 37.5-hour, 5-day week, with a pre-planned 3-week rotating schedule. This means you will always know when you are at work, allowing you to plan your life with ease. You will be in the office on alternate Saturdays, with a full day off during the week, plus the opportunity to work overtime if desired.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive basic salary of £26,000pa, with additional commissions and benefits on top (OTE £28k). This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
