About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide training and support to care assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Experience in care leadership or management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of care regulations and standards
  • SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
