About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Member to join our team at RGH Global Ltd. As a Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Shift Leader and/or Management Team in compiling individual resident support plans and risk assessments.
* Ensure that the care and support delivered is in accordance with the individual residents negotiated support plan as directed by the Shift Leader or Registered Manager.
* Maintain accurate records in residents' daily notes.
* Administer, store, audit, and order medication as instructed by the Shift Leader or Registered Manager and in accordance with current policy.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a care home setting is essential.
* SSSC registration is required.
* NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or willingness to work towards this is necessary.
* A caring nature and positive attitude are essential.
* Good communication skills are required.
