Care Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our quality care team at a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care. The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
About Us / The ClientRGH Global acts as an external recruiter on behalf of our client, a reputable care home provider. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to residents, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Shift Leader and/or Management Team with the compilation of individual resident support plans and risk assessments.
- Ensure that the care and support delivered is in accordance with the individual residents' negotiated support plan as directed by the Shift Leader or Registered Manager.
- Ensure accurate record keeping in residents' daily notes.
- Administer, store, audit, and order medication as instructed by the Shift Leader or Registered Manager and in accordance with current policy.
- Care Home experience is essential.
- SSSC registration is required.
- NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or willingness to work towards this is necessary.
- A caring nature and positive attitude are prerequisites.
- Good communication skills are essential.
