Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Management Professional to join our team at Randstad Care, a leading provider of care and support services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of our care at home organisation and ensuring the highest quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery Management: Manage the planning and delivery of support packages and care rotas to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Handle reports and manage financial budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Partnership Development: Liaise with health professionals and local community organisations to maintain partnerships and improve services.
  • Team Leadership: Hire and train new staff, providing ongoing supervision and development for existing team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Take ownership of quality assurance and governance, conducting regular spot checks, service reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Client Assessment: Supervise the assessment of client needs and develop plans to ensure the most appropriate service provisions.
  • Client Support: Promote independence by safeguarding complex needs, organising activities, and providing advice and support to families.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a care management role, with a recognised professional qualification in health and social care, health, teaching, or education.
  • Commitment to Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of regulatory responsibilities and excellent track record with Care Inspectorate reports.
  • Assessment and Planning: Demonstrated experience in holistic assessment of need, support, and risk, and multi-agency casework planning.
  • Client and Family Support: Experience working with clients and families with an understanding of risk factors and safeguarding concerns.
  • Management Experience: Adult and children management experience is preferable.
  • Driving License: Driving license.
