Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will be office-based for two weeks of training, followed by flexible remote working. The role involves supporting the team with tasks such as checking compliance of delivery locations, reviewing orders, and identifying accuracy of locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team with tasks such as checking compliance of delivery locations, reviewing orders, and identifying accuracy of locations.
  • Review internal systems to keep on top of deliveries, issues, or concerns.
  • Report in with members of the team with any concerns regarding delivery locations.
  • Actively contact internal members of staff to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Experience as an Administrator with a working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a logical and methodical manner.
  • Ability to use own initiative and effectively manage several tasks at one time.
  • Experience of managing processes.
