About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator. As a key member of our management team, you will provide a comprehensive, efficient, and proactive administrative service to support the smooth running of our services.

This rewarding opportunity has many responsibilities, including:

  • Updating service databases and coordinating administrative procedures related to finance, HR, and customer records.
  • Creating and inputting staff schedules, customer contracts, and activity records.
  • Assisting staff with payroll and absence queries, and coordinating the recruitment and selection process.
  • Circulating company policies and procedures, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Providing regular and meaningful interaction with our customers and their families.

What You Need to Know

This is a fixed-term contract until 30 September, with a competitive salary of £13.95 per annum (£11.66 per hour). You will also receive 32 days' holiday per year, increasing to 37 with service, and a range of other benefits, including a company pension scheme and employee assistance.
