About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Capability Scotland. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including updating databases, coordinating procedures, and creating schedules.
  • Assist with payroll and absence queries, as well as recruitment and selection processes.
  • Circulate policies and procedures, and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Interact regularly with customers and their families, providing a high level of customer service.

What You Need to Know

This is a fixed-term contract position, working 22 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a mix of office and home hours, with flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
