About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our team on an ongoing temporary contract. The successful candidate will be office-based for two weeks of training, followed by flexible remote working arrangements. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team with tasks such as checking compliance of delivery locations, reviewing orders, and identifying accuracy of locations.
  • Review internal systems to stay on top of deliveries, issues, or concerns, and report any concerns to the team.
  • Actively contact internal members of staff to resolve delivery-related issues.
Requirements
  • Experience as an Administrator with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a logical and methodical manner, using own initiative to manage several tasks at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
