Exciting Role at Square:

We are in search of a Compliance Lead to enhance our Cash App Compliance initiative. Our mission is to ensure that banking services are accessible to underserved communities while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the KYC/Sanction team
  • Create and uphold procedures for the team
  • Identify training needs and develop training resources
  • Improve operational effectiveness through workflow enhancements
  • Collaborate with fellow Compliance Leads on strategic initiatives
  • Keep abreast of AML regulatory developments
  • Facilitate account escalations and promote teamwork with other departments

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior compliance position
  • 3+ years of experience in people management
  • In-depth knowledge of Compliance programs and AML regulations
  • Experience collaborating with regulators and auditors
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt swiftly
