44 hours per week - Permanent Position

COMPENSATION:
£33,000 base salary annually

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR BRANCH OPERATIONS SUPERVISORS:
- Lead by example and ensure operational excellence and high branch standards
- Assist Branch Managers in driving and increasing profitable branch sales
- Support Branch Managers with operational and financial duties
- Aid in the management and execution of the branch P&L
- Stand in for Branch Managers as necessary
- Ensure adherence to warehouse management standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
- Strive for excellence in customer service, operational standards, and branch sales targets
- Foster positive customer relationships while achieving sales goals
- Assist in branch operations and provide leadership support to colleagues
- Ensure timely completion of actions and activities by the branch team
- Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Conduct stocktakes and audits
- Keep maintenance records for branch vehicles
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of front-of-house, warehousing, and merchanting areas

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR BRANCH OPERATIONS SUPERVISORS:
- Enthusiasm and drive to deliver outstanding customer service and meet business objectives
- A proactive, customer-centric approach, comfortable engaging with customers and potential clients
- A commercial mindset to boost sales and maximize profit margins while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Proficient in IT, with experience in MS Office and industry-standard software such as SAP
- A valid driving license is essential; a FLT license is a plus
- Capability to cover for the Branch Manager when necessary
- Previous experience in branch stocktaking is advantageous
- Comfortable working in a small team and occasionally independently
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC environment is preferred
