Access Garage Doors Ltd, a reputable company specializing in the installation of garage doors, entrance doors, and patio awnings, is seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee operations at our Watford location. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team and manage the effective planning and execution of branch activities.

Key Responsibilities

As the Branch Operations Supervisor, you will be accountable for the seamless operation of the branch, which includes:

  • Leading a team of 4 personnel
  • Managing inquiries and sales related to garage doors and associated products
  • Responding to electronic communications
  • Handling phone inquiries from customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Engaging with customers in person
  • Involvement in physical tasks, including lifting garage doors
  • Verifying the condition and quantities of all received goods against delivery documentation

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of supervisory, sales, and administrative experience, along with strong communication abilities. Key skills include:

  • Proficient sales capabilities
  • Leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Background in the garage door or construction sectors, including builders' merchants or home improvement industries

Access Garage Doors Ltd has been a trusted name in the industry since 1976.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM on a rotational basis.
