Job Title: Construction Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Construction Professionals Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients in the professional construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Management:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the professional construction sector, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to fulfill their project(s) and operational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with their business strategies.
  • Recruitment & Candidate Placement:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of candidates, utilizing various strategies to attract skilled professionals and meet client expectations.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements and job specifications, guaranteeing a high level of candidate satisfaction.
  • Strategy Development & Implementation:
    • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and business development tactics, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
    • Analyse market data and competitor intelligence to recommend improvements and opportunities for growth, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Performance & Metrics:
    • Achieve defined recruitment and sales targets, providing regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and candidate placement success rates, maintaining a strong reputation for Construction Professionals Recruitment.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the construction industry and a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Proficient in recruitment software and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and their application in recruitment.
