Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the professional construction sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Recruitment & Candidate Placement: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of candidates, utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract skilled professionals in the construction field.
- Strategy Development & Implementation: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and business development tactics, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and opportunities for growth.
- Performance & Metrics: Achieve defined recruitment and sales targets, providing regular performance reports to senior management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and candidate placement success rates.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Extensive knowledge of the construction sector and its key players, understanding of the specific roles and responsibilities within the construction industry.
- Proficient in managing the entire recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement, skilled in using various sourcing strategies including direct search, social media, and networking.
- Strong ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, experience in creating and executing business growth strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- High level of organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, proficiency in recruitment software and platforms, competence in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
