Private Client Solicitor/Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team as a Partner at G2 Legal Limited.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a branch office department in Axminster and join our successful Private Client department. As a Partner, you will be responsible for managing a full and broad private client caseload, including complex estate administration, will trusts, and deeds of appointment and variation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including estate administration, will trusts, and deeds of appointment and variation
  • Lead a branch office department in Axminster and contribute to the growth and development of the Private Client department
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach other members of staff, including trainees
  • Develop and enhance the firm's private client reputation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client service
Requirements
  • At least 4 years' experience in private client law
  • Experience of managing complex estate administration, will trusts, and deeds of appointment and variation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • STEP membership an advantage, but not essential
