Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for advising on a full residential conveyancing caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
• Handle lease matters, remortgaging, and shared ownership cases
• Work closely with secretaries and administrators to ensure seamless case management

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year of residential conveyancing experience
• Unqualified fee earner with at least 3 or 4 years' experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload
• Junior level fee earning role with opportunities for career development
