Position Overview

Senior Private Client Attorney - Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Legal Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse and comprehensive private client caseload
  • Oversee intricate estate administration, including agricultural and business components
  • Handle Will Trusts, Deeds of Appointment, and Variations, focusing on estate management
  • Assume managerial duties, leading a division within the Private Client sector
  • Opportunity to mentor and guide junior staff, including trainees, if desired
  • Enhance and uphold the firm’s esteemed reputation in private client services
  • Engage with clients of varying wealth, including high net worth individuals; experience in this area is advantageous but not mandatory

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience as a private client solicitor or legal executive
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in private client work
  • Exposure to agricultural, business, or significant financial investments is beneficial but not essential
  • STEP membership is a plus, though not required
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cooperative environment
