Private Client Solicitor/Partner Opportunity

Overview

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team as a Partner in our Axminster office. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for leading a division within the department and managing one of our branch offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a full and broad private client caseload, including estate administration, will trusts, and deeds of appointment and variation.
  • Manage complex estate administration cases with agricultural and business elements.
  • Develop and enhance the firm's private client reputation through excellent client service and business development.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach other members of staff, including trainees.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years' experience in private client law.
  • Experience in estate administration, will trusts, and deeds of appointment and variation.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage a branch office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development skills.
