Private Client Solicitor/Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team as a Partner in our Axminster branch office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead your own department and be part of a successful wider Private Client department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full and broad Private Client caseload, including complex estate administration with agricultural and business elements.
  • Handle Will Trusts, Deeds of Appointment and Variation, with a focus on estate administration.
  • Lead a division within the Private Client department and manage one of our firm's branches.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach other members of staff, including trainees.
  • Develop and enhance the firm's Private Client reputation.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years' Private Client experience.
  • Experience of working with high-net-worth clients is beneficial but not essential.
  • STEP membership is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
